Hi, I'm Teresa Coletti-Iacono!

I became a certified swim instructor in December 2006 and spent 15 years teaching in Florida before moving to Pennsylvania six years ago to be closer to my in-laws. I have been With ISR for 18 years and while  I love my job I have also recently persued getting my EMT certification through Pa. I am now Certified Nationally through NREMT!

I hold certifications in:

✔NREMT (National Registry EMT)
✔ BLS CPR, First Aid, and AED (American Red Cross)
✔ Infant & Toddler Sleep Consulting
✔ Firefighting (Trained with WMTFD)

I am incredibly grateful for my amazingly supportive wife, Michelle, and our three wonderful daughters—Sarah (27), Lauren (26), and Taylor (25). Having a family that believes in me and my mission means everything!

My Passion for Teaching & Water Safety

My entire life has revolved around children. From being a nanny in high school to working in child development centers, youth groups, and after-school programs, I always found joy in helping kids grow and thrive. Although I took a corporate path for a time to support my family, my heart always pulled me back to working with children.

That passion led me to become an ISR Certified Instructor in Survival-Based Swimming. I truly believe this is the most effective way to teach infants and toddlers life-saving water skills. Founding ISwim2Live has allowed me to help reduce pediatric drowning incidents and give children the skills they need to survive in the water. Seeing each child succeed in learning these critical skills fuels my passion every single day.

Hi, I'm Ronni Wolfgang!

Hi, I’m Ronni! I’ve been around the water my entire life and swam competitively from ages 5 to 19. I began teaching swim lessons at 16 and have been passionate about it ever since. Now at 24, I love helping children build confidence in the water while ensuring they stay safe and have fun.

My Passion for Teaching

While I am not an ISR Instructor, I fully respect and honor the skills children have learned through the program and strongly believe every child should know how to float independently.

I specialize in one-on-one stroke instruction, taking a non-traditional approach that builds on those foundational survival skills. My goal is to help children transition those skills into strong, confident swimming, while also working with older children to refine technique, increase comfort, and grow their confidence in the water—all in a personalized, supportive environment.

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching swimmers develop their skills and build a lifelong love for the water!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Theo. My favorite place to be is the beach!
