About Me

I'm Ms. T
Hi, My Name is Teresa Coletti-Iacono. I became a certified ISR Instructor in December of 2006. I have been teaching in Florida for the last 15 years but recently moved to the PA area to be closer to my in-laws. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED with the American RedCross, as well as a Certified Infant & Toddler Sleep Consultant. I am married to my amazingly supportive wife, Michelle and we have 3 daughters, Sarah (24), Lauren (23), and Taylor (21). I am thankful to have a family that supports me 100%.
I have spent my entire life around children. I began as a nanny in high school and then worked at a child development center in College. I also worked with children through youth groups and after-school programs. Once I had children of my own, I went the more corporate route to help support my family. I never found the same rewards as I did working with children. My passion for children and swimming led me to Dr. Barnett’s program. I honestly believe this is the best program available anywhere. I feel honored to be a part of the ISR family and to be able to do my part in reducing the number of children that die every year from drowning. I get excited to see each child succeed in learning these survival skills. It is my passion to help prevent pediatric drowning from occurring.
**Don't Trust just anyone with your child's life in the water. ISR maintains continuous training for their instructors as well as making sure all CPR/First Aid/AED requirements are up to date. If an Instructor claims to have been taught through ISR or "Like" ISR be weary. If they are no longer with ISR there is no one monitoring their teaching technique or certifications.**
